Mertrux will comply with its legal duty to provide information in response to any request from Police or other relevant authorities, for the purpose of identifying the driver of one of our vehicles in respect of any alleged speeding/parking fines, penalties, motoring offences and Congestion Charges.

Hand held telephones/other hands-free devices are not permitted to be used whilst driving one of our vehicles.
